Richaud Valls, an actor, and producer, turned baker, made his “quarantine quest,” to recreate the baguette from his childhood in Paris, into a full-time business. Starting in his West Village apartment, mixing and baking batch after batch, he finally found the right combination, and voilà, he began building his business order by order delivering his baked goods by bike.

Using only all organic ingredients and lots of love, these baguettes are truly delicieux. Rich in flavor with a perfectly crispy outside and a buttery, airy texture inside, these baguettes are the perfect complement to any meal, cheese board, or simply to enjoy on their own.
