The Order How-To Guide
1. Your Email
Enter your email address
- We collect your email address so we can send a copy of your receipt and order updates directly to you. 
Subscribe to our Mailing List (optional)
- You can subscribe to our mailing list by checking the box. If you don’t want to subscribe then uncheck the box. 
- Click the Continue button when this section is complete. 
2. Shipping
Enter your shipping address
- This will be your delivery address. 
- You have to input your shipping address even if you’re scheduling an order for pick-up. 
Choose a shipping option
- If your shipping address is within one of our delivery zones, a delivery option will appear after you enter your address. 
- Scroll up to select delivery. 
- If you would like delivery you MUST SELECT THE DELIVERY OPTION. 
- Click the Continue button when this section is complete. 
Delivery Policy:
- We currently only deliver to Manhattan south of 110th street. 
- You must select the Delivery option in the shipping section (see above) during check-out to schedule a delivery. 
- Manhattan deliveries must be submitted by 8am for same-day orders. 
- Sorry, no Brooklyn deliveries at this time. 
3. Delivery/Pick-up Details
Enter the Delivery/Pick-up Details
- Date - Enter the Month, Day and Year 
- Time - Click the drop down menu and choose a delivery or pick-up window (if you want delivery, make sure the Delivery Shipping option is selected, see above) 
- Phone Number - Enter a phone number to contact for delivery or pick-up 
- Additional Delivery Notes - Enter any helpful information for our delivery drivers or pick-up specialists. 
- Click the Continue button when this section is complete. 
4. Payment
Enter Card number
- You can pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. 
Enter Billing Address
- Enter your billing address if it’s different than the shipping address you previously entered. 
- If the billing address is the same as your shipping address click the box next to “Use shipping address.” 
- Click the Continue button when this section is complete. 
5. Review & Purchase
Scroll up to REview all of your order details
- Double check that your delivery information and delivery/pick-up details are correct. 
Create an account (optional)
- If you would like us to store your order information for faster checkout, click the box. 
- You’ll be prompted to create a password, once you check the box. 
Save Payment Information (Optional)
- You have the option to save your payment information along with your customer account 
- Click the box if you would like to store that information on our website. 
- Click the Purchase button when you are ready to submit your order. 
What comes next?
- You’ll receive an order confirmation in your email once the payment has been processed. 
- Once your baguettes are ready for pick-up or delivery, you’ll receive an email notification.
